Thank you letter to the National Kidney Foundation of Utah & Idaho

This letter has been written by the friends and family of our wife, mother and grandmother Londa. We would like to thank the National Kidney Foundation of Utah & Idaho for the help they provided our family when Londa was on dialysis and later received a kidney transplant.  She survived with ESRD (End Stage Renal Disease) for 35 years between hemodialysis treatments for 5 years and kidney transplant for 21 years.  Your work has given us over three decades of life together. It allowed our son to grow up with his mother present.  We wanted to let you know she passed away September 10 and wanted to thank you for all you have done on behalf of Londa, and our entire family.  God Bless you for the work you do.
